General Warranty for Web Projects
Our standard warranty applies to all web projects we complete and deliver.
Please refer to your individual warranty information specific to your web project. The contents of this help article are general and may or may not apply to your individual situation.
Standard Warranty Validity Period
Our standard warranty is valid:
- for 90 days from when your web project is delivered; or
- until you make the first change to your website, including updating the CMS, a plugin, script, theme, etc.
whichever occurs first.
What is Included
While the individual inclusions vary between projects and customers, the following general items are covered in our standard warranty during its validity period:
- Functionality issues: If your web project is not functioning as intended or as per the specifications in the proposal document, we will investigate, and if we have made an error, we will rectify the issue at our expense.
- Compatibility issues: If your web project cannot be properly accessed from standard devices with the current version of the software or web browser at the time of delivery, we will investigate, and if applicable, rectify any issues that may have been caused from our end.
- Aesthetics: If the design of the final deliverable is not as agreed to in the proposal document, we will investigate the issue and rectify if it has been caused by us.
