Signing up for a Managed WordPress plan is simple and straightforward. This help article explains the process.

Existing Customers

The following options are available to existing customers:

New Website

If you have ordered a new WordPress website from us, we will offer our Managed WordPress services to you when we hand your new website over to you. You can decide if you would like to sign up and discuss your options with your Account Manager.

If you do not have a dedicated Account Manager, you can simply contact us and we will be in touch to discuss your options.

Existing Website Developed By Us

If you are an existing customer and have a WordPress website that we have developed, you can request an information pack for Managed WordPress services by contacting us. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days in most cases.

We will then request access to your current WordPress installation so we can complete an assessment of your setup. This assessment includes checking the themes, plugins, and custom code on your WordPress website, which will help us determine an accurate price for our services.

New Customers

If you are a new customer and have placed an order for a WordPress website development, we will discuss relevant Managed WordPress offers with you during the initial discussions about your project. We can only provide you with an estimate of how much your Managed WordPress plan will cost, as the final price will depend on the setup of your WordPress website when it is handed over to you.
