Requesting Phone Support

If you are on an eligible support plan, you can request phone support by calling us.

Service Availability

Phone support is only available to our customers in New Zealand and Australia who are on an eligible support plan. Please check your Support Services Agreement to confirm availability.

Local Calls from New Zealand

If you are in New Zealand, simply dial 0800 00 18 19 from a landline or mobile phone. This is a toll-free line, but ensure you check with your phone operator as some operators do charge for such calls.

Calling from Australia

If you are in Australia, dial +64 9 558 7553 from a landline or mobile phone. Please check the applicable calling costs with your network provider.

Call Connection

Once your call is connected, simply say you need technical support and our automated system will transfer your call to the support queue. Your call will be answered by an available support team member in the order it was received.

Wait Times

If the wait time is long and you prefer being called back when our support team members are free, you can request a callback by following the voice prompts and confirming your phone number. You will not lose your space in the queue and a support team member will call you once you reach the front of the queue.
