Payment Processing Times
Payment processing times are critical when you need to have a product or subscription activated by a certain date. It is also important in ensuring your payments are cleared in our bank accounts before your invoices are due.
This help article discusses the indicative time frames for payment processing depending on your payment method.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
When making a payment using an accepted credit or debit card, we receive a confirmation of your payment as soon as your card is charged. Any pending subscription or product orders will be processed once this notification is received.
It then takes up to 5 business days to receive your payment in our bank account in most cases.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or Bank Transfer)
The following table contains the indicative time frames for your payments clearing into our bank accounts:

Your order will not be processed until your funds are cleared in our bank accounts. Your payments take an additional business day to show up on our finance systems.
