Payment Methods
Before You Begin
This help article expands on our Payment Policy. We recommend reading it alongside this article.
Introduction
There are several ways you can pay for your purchases and subscriptions from us. The options available to you depend on:
- Your location, or the country or territory where your business is registered.
- The type of product or subscription you are purchasing.
- The number of user licenses you are subscribing to (for some subscriptions).
- How long you have been our customer and the value of annual transactions between us.
Cash, EFTPOS, and payments made using a reloadable or prepaid card (such as a Prezzy card) are not accepted.
Credit and Debit Cards
This is our preferred method of payment for most customers. You can pay for most purchases and subscriptions with the following credit and debit cards:
- Mastercard credit or debit card
- Visa credit or debit card
- American Express credit card
Our credit card payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a payment using an accepted credit or debit card, Stripes terms and conditions for using their services also apply to you. You can view these terms on the Stripe website, or when you are finalising your payment.
Card Payment Surcharge
The following surcharges apply to all payments made using an accepted credit or debit card:
- For cards issued in New Zealand: 2.7% of the transaction value and NZD0.30 per transaction.
- For cards issued elsewhere: 3.7% of the transaction value and NZD0.30 per transaction.
Our invoices may not display these surcharges as we are unsure which payment method you would choose, however, you will see any applicable surcharges to your transaction before finalising your payment or subscription on the Stripe platform.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or Bank Transfer)
You can pay for your purchases and subscriptions in our business bank account for the following currencies and from bank accounts located in the following countries or regions:
