Evidence of Payment
We may ask for an evidence of your payment in the following cases:
- If you need a service activate or re-activated by a certain date and your payment is likely to take long to reach us.
- If we cannot locate your payment in our bank statements or finance system.
Details to Include
When providing an evidence of your payment, ensure that your file contains the following:
- Details of the bank account from which you made your payment.
- Details of our bank account to which your payment has been made.
- Any reference you included with your payment (for EFT payments only).
- The last 4 digits of your credit or debit card if you have paid using an accepted credit or debit card.
- The amount paid.
Ensure you blur or crop out any information or transactions not related to your payment to us.
Sending Your Evidence of Payment
You can send your evidence of payment by replying to the email that contains our invoice. Your evidence of payment must be in one of the following file formats and not exceeding 25MB in size:
- .PNG
- .JPG
Verifying Your Evidence of Payment
We may share the details of your transaction from your evidence of your payment with our bank to confirm or locate your payment.
