Cancelling Your Subscription
If you would like to cancel your Managed WordPress subscription, you will need to get in touch with us. You cannot manage your Managed WordPress subscriptions through your My Bissesar account as each package is tailored to the specific WordPress setup.
Stopping Your Service
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, your Managed WordPress services will stop immediately. We will send you an email to notify you when this happens.
Billing and Refunds
If you have subscribed to a minimum term (which is 1 year for most commercial customers), and choose to cancel your subscription before the minimum term ends, no refunds will be provided as per your Service Agreement.
SME customers who are subscribed to monthly billing with no annual commitment can request refunds for the unused time in their billing cycle.
Additionally, if you are entitled to a refund under the New Zealand consumer law, it will be processed and provided to you as per the respective legal requirements.
Removal of Backups
For customers with an annual commitment, any backups we made prior to your subscription being cancelled will still be available to you for the remaining duration of your commitment. Copies of backups will be deleted once the minimum commitment term has ended.
For SME customers on a monthly billing cycle with no annual commitment, any backups stored on our servers will be removed within 24 hours after you cancel your subscription.
Note: Once deleted from our servers, copies of backups cannot be retrieved.
Removal of Specialised Plugins
If we have installed any plugins that allow us to provide some of the features of our Managed WordPress service, they will be uninstalled once your service is cancelled. Some data from the plugins may still remain on your WordPress installation database.
