Billing Cycles
As our valued customer, it is important to learn about our billing cycles. This help article explains the billing cycles we use and how it affects your usage and payments.
Calendar-Based Billing Cycle
This is available to most commercial domestic customers who have an approved credit account with us. The availability of this billing cycle also depends on the individual product subscriptions, including the license volume.
If you are on a calendar-based billing cycle, our invoices are generated on the 1st of every month. Due dates are generally within 7 days of the invoice issue date but may vary depending on several factors.
Anniversary Billing
If you are on a managed web or email hosting plan, your billing cycle will most-likely be on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Anniversary billing cycles are available to most customers.
Invoices are generated on the anniversary date either each month or year. Anniversary billing invoices are due on receipt.
Usage-Based Billing
For some services, we will bill you for usage during a 30-day period. Usage-based billing invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the month prior and must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms.
In most cases, services offering usage-based billing is only available to approved customers within New Zealand and Australia.
Hybrid Billing Cycles
Commercial domestic customers who have approved credit accounts with us and have subscriptions that follow different billing cycles can be billed on a hybrid billing cycle.
Please follow any due dates on the invoices and ensure payment is received in a timely manner to avoid service interruption.
