Submitting a Support Ticket

The easiest way to get help for your subscription, product, or service is by submitting a support ticket. You can do so by logging in to our Helpdesk with your username or email address and password.

Before You Can Log In

You need to have an account in our Helpdesk system to log in. When you sign up for a new subscription or purchase a new product or service, we will automatically register your email address with our Helpdesk system and send you your login details.

Log In to Helpdesk

From a compatible web browser (such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome), navigate to https://help.bissesar.nz/login.php

On the log in page:

  1. Enter your username or registered email address.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click on Sign In to log in to the dashboard.

The page will reload and you will directed to your dashboard.
