Sending Us Your Content

You can send us the content for your websites in two main ways. These are discussed in this help article.

Upload to BissesarCloud

BissesarCloud is a proprietary cloud service that runs on our server infrastructure and under our absolute control. It allows the users with access to upload and collaborate on files for projects.

Throughout your project, the developers assigned to your project and your internal team can collaborate in almost real-time. We will provide you with the instructions on using BissesarCloud to collaborate on your projects when required.

A storage space will be allocated to your team based on the complexity and requirements of your project. We will assist if more storage is required.

By Email

You can submit some content to us through emails. We will let you know the types of content we can receive via email, and these may only be accepted in limited circumstances. We do not usually recommend sending us content files via email as sometimes they can be trapped in spam filters or not delivered to us on time. Depending on your email provider, the size of all the attachments in your email will also vary but it is often limited to around 25 MB per email.

When sending files via email, only some file formats can be accepted. Our servers are configured to reject all emails containing certain file formats. We will let you know which formats you can use.
